Using entrepreneurship to change the world

My passion is to increase access to entrepreneurship. My mission is to help you grow as a person.

I am the founder of the Luas Group, a boutique consulting and investment company focused on consulting and coaching services for entrepreneurs, small businesses, and entrepreneurship outreach programs. I earned my undergrad at Thomas More University and completed my master’s in entrepreneurship from Trinity College Dublin where I focused on a global perspective of entrepreneurship eco-systems, the entrepreneurship process, and building entrepreneurial programs. I am an advocate for empowering people to create their own lane of opportunity through increasing access to entrepreneurship.

I am the inaugural Director of the Dr. Anthony ’65 & Geraldine ’66 Zembrodt Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Professor of Practice at my alma mater Thomas More University. I will provide strategic leadership in creating and delivering programs, fundraising, and experiences on campus and community. I am excited to lead the charge to build the center as the innovation destination for the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders and the Northern Kentucky region.

Entrepreneurs and business owners need information and resources that are not transparent and end up feeling lost and overwhelmed. It shouldn't have to be so hard to find the resources and support to start or grow your business, this is why we started the Luas Group.

Our consultants are on the forefront of academia and industry. We believe the building blocks to economic growth starts with innovative solutions and entrepreneurial activity. We help businesses, governments, and organizations apply economic and entrepreneurship principles to enhance performance.
